NSA/FAA/NOAA Document Admits to Chemtrails - But Calls Them "Contrails"
Like I always say, they always tell you what they're doing, you just have to know what you're hearing...
This is nothing new.
Just like ‘tabletop exercises’ and ‘futuristic scenarios’ that presciently simulate global pandemics in order to ostensibly address them for society’s safety, this document purports to research and understand “contrails” to better manage their potential impacts on the global climate and economy:
The goal is to “achieve the long-term vision of effective, routine, system-wide contrail management that incorporates climate impacts and economic tradeoffs by 2050.”
They are so FOS.
