at this point, I think a large minority of the unjabbed population has something, and with shedding or maybe just sheer bad luck, many of them could be unswabbed also - although still on average far better off than the jabbed. I know there have been reports and analyses indicating some of the swabs did contain this stuff, but I can't say for sure.
I don't think they have the self-assembling potential that the jab versions do, but there's certainly a lot of nano- stuff in our environments and many processed foods/beverages.

Personally, I'm a big believer in intermittent fasting as well, but the main thing to do would be to just try to embrace health & wellness that is natural and local. You can always get your blood under the microscope! ;)

i have a question, i got the swabbed done on me once, through the nose , do you think there's nanotech in me by that one swab?
